JOBSEEKERS
Jobseekers are advised to exercise the utmost caution and vigilance when dealing with employers. They are also advised to verify any information provided by employers to ensure its accuracy. They must also report any agencies that make any attempt to solicit fees for CAREERCARE.COM.PH or give out false information.
Jobseekers agree that any personal information released to employers is given voluntarily and at the jobseeker's own risk. They also agree to be responsible for the accuracy of any personal information they make available to or through the site.
Jobseekers agree to use CAREERCARE.COM.PH or any information accessed through or found within the site for personal, employment-seeking, and lawful purposes.
Jobseekers may submit their résumés directly to any employer that advertises on or through the website. The jobseeker may also choose to submit his résumé to CAREERCARE.COM.PH in response to any advertised job opportunity or for the said résumé to be stored in the site's résumé databank. The jobseeker's résumé will be stored in the databank for a pre-determined period of time unless the jobseeker request CAREERCARE.COM.PH to delete it.
Furthermore, jobseekers hereby acknowledge the fact that their résumés and personal information shall be construed to as properties of CAREERCARE.COM.PH, thereby giving CAREERCARE.COM.PH the right to distribute such information for purposes of employment. A jobseeker's résumé or personal information will only be available to registered employers. Should any of the said employers choose to have a copy of the résumé, CAREERCARE.COM.PH will not be responsible or held liable in any way if the employer uses the jobseeker's personal data for any purpose other than consideration for employment.
EMPLOYERS
Employers agree to ensure that their job openings, manpower pooling, and recruitment methods comply with applicable laws. They also agree to use whatever information they obtain from or through the site in a confidential, lawful manner for employment purposes only.
Employers shall have access to CAREERCARE.COM.PH's services upon registration and approval of application. They shall be entitled to advertise job vacancies in the site for a pre-determined period of time and shall have access to the site's résumé databank upon agreeing to use any jobseeker information obtained for purposes of employment only.
